You’ll hear about this year’s themes, the assessment criteria, and pick up practical tips plus inspiration from current grant recipients. |
2. Read the application guidelines – doctoral thesis projects – postdoc research – science-based action projects – Murros-call | The guidelines spell out the evaluation criteria and technical requirements in detail. Going through them well in advance spares you from unpleasant surprises later on. |
3. Browse the FAQ section – General call – Murros-call | The Frequently Asked Questions are likely to answer most issues that come to mind. |
4. Start drafting the mandatory sections of your application | Block out time for your research plan as well as the communication and engagement plan. You can begin outlining these now. |
5. Gather the required documents | Check the guidelines carefully to see which attachments you must submit and gather them early. |
6. Register in the Nesslink system | All applications are submitted via Nesslink. Creating an account and filling in your basic details ahead of time ensures that technical setup won’t eat into critical writing hours. |
7. Book a sparring session (available from 11 August) | The experts from Nessling Foundation offer short sessions where you can ask your open questions. Time slots become available for bookin on the same day the call opens, 11 August. |
