Production resources in circular economy – legal study on possibilities, challenges and future development of efficient recovery of materialsDoctoral dissertation studying the judicial operational environment, in which various actors from authorities to companies make decisions on the basis of the constatly developing environmental legislation. The study makes good use of case examples demonstrating the rights and obligations of the respective ecomic actors and its study results bring forward the legal mechanisms that best promote progression of circular economy.
