Education and training in the ecological reconstruction toolkitThe training program implemented in the project enables principals to anticipate the effects of sustainability crisis and ecological reconstruction on education. Based on multidisciplinary research data, the program provides principals with tools to develop their own schools into a transformative force of the society. The co-creation process between researchers and principals aims in creating novel solutions for the reform of school community management, operating culture and teaching.
