Nessling Foundation’s general call is open from 12.–30. August 2024. We will award a total of 2.3 million euros in grants.
In the general grant call, we are looking for innovative projects and active researchers and actors that enable or support sustainability transformation that protects natural systems. Please note that this year’s application period is only three weeks instead of the previous four weeks.
In the general grant call, we award funding for three purposes. The third category has been revised, and you can apply for project funding even if you have previously received a grant from us in the same category. You can apply for:
- personal grants for doctoral thesis researchers (for a maximum of 4 years)
- personal grants for postdoc researchers (for a maximum of 2 years)
- project funding for science-based action projects (for one year).
This year, we are using a new grant system, Nesslink, for the first time. All applicants must register in the new system.
